Masasa Beach

San Juan , Tingloy , Batangas

Masasa Beach is located in the Southern part of Tingloy. The town of Tingloy is also known for its beautiful dive spots and is found within a protected coral triangle. Masasa Beach’s winning features is that it’s a public island and people may camp out here for free! That is why if you’re looking for a camp-able beach here in Batangas, Masasa Beach should be on your list.

The place itself is very laid back and there’s no other best thing to do than to relax and enjoy the beach. You can go swim and snorkel at your own risk. There are rock formations on the other side of the island that you can check out. It’s the best place for you to watch the sun to set. You can also hike the nearby Mt. Mag-Asawang Bato for you to see the panoramic view of the island.

POTIPOT ISLAND - ZAMBALES

Location :  Country : PHILIPPINES Province : LUZON , ZAMBALES POTIPOT ISLAND       Potipot has got to be one of the most accessible islands we’ve visited in the Philippines. From Uacon in Candelaria , Zambales and just a  short  distance off the main highway, one can get a motorized banca or outrigger boat and travel to the island in about 10 minutes. Potipot has also become more popular in recent years. We were fortunate enough to have traveled on a Monday; the place is said to be packed with tourists on weekends. Fortunately, the island is still relatively pristine. There are no resorts on Potipot itself although there are a few huts for rent should one want to stay overnight . There are basic toilets and shower rooms (but no showers – one has to fetch water from a deep well for bathing) as well as tables and benches for small groups that come with the entrance fee to the island. Getting To U...
